Employees pay a $12 monthly subscription fee that is set up via payroll deduction(s). We'll invoice you monthly based on subscriber count.

No question or pet is too big or too small.
Employers will provide pethelpline as an elective benefit. You will sign up through your employer’s benefit administration process. The subscription costs $12 monthly, payable via payroll deduction(s).
When you elect pethelpline as a benefit, you will receive a welcome email. This email will contain a link for you to create your pet(s) profile which helps us customize our support for you and your pet(s).
Once you have created your pet(s) profile, you will receive additional communication with how to access pethelpline. After that, you’re ready to use your new benefit!
